Noul | Return & Refund Policy
At Noul, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our carpets. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your carpet must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Customized/Bespoke Carpets: Any carpet made to specific dimensions or custom designs cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Used or Damaged Items: Carpets showing signs of wear, stains, or damage caused after delivery.

Sale Items: Items purchased during "Final Sale" events are generally non-refundable.

3. The Return Process
Request: Contact our customer service team at [Insert Email/Phone] with your order number and photos of the carpet.

Inspection: Once we receive your request, we will arrange for a pickup (or provide shipping instructions).

Approval: After receiving and inspecting the item at our warehouse, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected based on the carpet's condition.

4. Refunds
Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping Costs: * If the return is due to a manufacturing defect or wrong item, Noul will cover all shipping costs.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange a carpet for a different size or color, the item must be returned first, and a new order will be processed.
